I met Bunny while walking downtown.  She was setting us a home for sale.  Bunny showed me properties and listened to what we would like to find as our Santa Barbara home.  She actually connected us to a home on the Mesa that was not advertised for sale, but that she knew the owners.  We negotiated a deal right at the house.  My wife and family love our home!  We would not be there today if it were not for Bunny, her networking, connections and listening skills.  I will and have recommended Bunny to anyone looking for the best Realtor.
