Together we will go through your property inside and out to evaluate its’ positive and negative features. I bring to you 20+ years of remodeling and design experience. I’ll help you from Curb Appeal to Decluttering, to any Repair or Update needed on your property. With my list of qualified professionals, we will evaluate any situation and determine if a fix-up will add to the value of your property.
STAGING
As a designer and professional stager, I will stage your property, as needed, with my furniture and accessories to create the best first impression for potential buyers. Furnishings enhance the property by creating the feeling of comfort and home. In addition, empty rooms look smaller than furnished rooms and vacant homes look “desperate” to sell.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs will be taken of the inside and outside of your property and focus on its’ features. You will never see a photograph in my marketing materials with a cluttered kitchen counter, messy rooms or the commode seat up!
 
FLOORPLAN
A professional Floorplan will be drawn by www.House-Maps.com and will be included in the marketing materials of your property, such as: the MLS, on the color flyers, in the Virtual Tour and on some websites.
